WE ARE THE META RH GROUP

In 1983, a group of professionals in the Human Resources area, motivated by the desire to start their own business and change people’s lives, decided to found Meta RH. It started small, in a room in the region of Santo Amaro, south of São Paulo. Initially providing the service of recruitment and selection of employees for the operational and administrative areas.

With its portfolio expanding and market demands increasingly specific, in 2000, Meta RH was renamed Meta RH Group, and created divisions focused on strategic areas with professionals specialized in meeting the needs of each client:

Solutions in recruitment and selection, management of temporary professionals, outsourcing and RPO.

Division specialized in providing solutions in executive search and market mapping.

Internship, trainee and talent development programs.

Specialized in the recruitment of qualified professionals for the technology area.

Today, even with all our growth, we preserve the ideal we have established there at the beginning of our history and build, together with our customers, lasting relationships and successful partnerships based on trust.
